Help Delete recent contacts

Hello, can anyone help? Im trying to clear recent contacts in the text messaging screen, but cant seem to get it done, i clear all logs but the recent contacts stay there, any suggestions?

Which phone are you using? And, are you using the stock messaging app or one from the market? I don't have a "recent contacts" list in my messaging app.

Im using samsung infuse, when i go to new message it has recent/contacts/group at top, tap on recent and it has previous contact log, i cant delete or clear that log.

I checked on my Nexus 1 and my Captivate. That is there on the Captivate but not the Nexus, so it appears to be a TouchWiz issue. I have moved the thread to the Samsung Infuse Forum where everybody can see the same thing.

What happens when you press the Menu button? Do you see "Delete threads"?

I can delete threads but it dosent clear recent contacts????
