Help Delete temp_video >> restart

I have a 1.36g file in my DCIM/Camera folder named temp_video that I want to delete, but if I try to delete it through the file browser or from my computer my phone restarts and the file remains.

I suppose that the file was created by a long filming session where I ran out of device memory without the file finishing its metadata correctly...?

I don't want to recover the video, I just want to delete it.
