CM10 IS a rom. As far as best one, that is subjective. I like CM10.1, some people prefer Jellyverse, some like PAC, or Slim bean. I think that is what you are asking about

Are you referring to "a CM10 rom" meaning an Ice Cream Sandwich rom?
