Help Delete update/remove notification AT&T

Hello,

I just bought an S5 through AT&T, model SM-G900A, running 4.4.2. I like this version and don't want to update. But the phone automatically dl'd the android updated. Can I delete the update and get rid of the notification? I postponed it, but can't clear the notification. Please help, thanks!

power the phone off, reboot with the 3 finger method, Volume UP, Home Key down, Power ON. hold them all until the blue menu comes up, I think it vibrates at the same time. Release the Power button and then the others.

use the VOL key to navigate to Clear Cache Partition.
this removes the downloaded file.

IIRC, someone said you have to do that 3 times until you see the words "Reboot". Keep it up until it shows reboot on the 3 finger power up method.

EDIT: I did a search and found the post, here it is.

* Lollipop Update delay by clearing cache 3 times
