Not quite sure what you mean, but if it is that you want to remove the pictures that you have sent to a PC from the phone, then there is probably an option to do that on whatever you're using to do the transfer.
Alternatively, you could use Windows Explorer or a file manager (you can get free ones from the Play Store - I use one called File Manager) on the phone to manually delete the pictures from Internal Storage /DCIM/camera.
