How do I delete videos from Samsung galaxy 3?

Use a file manager (or install ES File Explorer if you don't have one). Select the file and you should be able to delete it.
Or you could try long-pressing the video in the gallery app and seeing whether than brings up a menu of options - I don't know the Samsung software, but a long press if often a good thing to try in Android (equivalent to a right-click on Linux or Windows).
