delete videos help me

For some reason i accidently downloaded this video and i cant get rid of it. heres what i did
1. i went to application manage and went to videos and cleared data. it didnt work
2. i went on homescreen and pressed the menu key. i went to applications. then downloads. went on internet downloads and deleted it. but it still appeared in videos app.
WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Have you tried to go in to the video player and delete it from in there?

What device do you own?
