If you mean the Android web browser, do this for deleting the web history:
Open the Android browser
Press the settings button
Tap on 'Settings' and choose 'Privacy & Security'
Tap on 'Clear history'
If you want to delete the cache and other data, then tap 'Clear cache', 'Clear all cookies data', 'Clear form data', 'Clear location access' and 'Clear passwords'.
