Deleted data on Zte n817 quest.

My phone isn't rooted, only access to computer is at local library. Is there a way to restore videos,  documents via online site or app.

Ah, No people I've asked have  mentioned next time copy every thing to email. I am new to computers and smart phones and have not heard before to back up. Using app called ES File explorer, it usually just cleaned phone, never did I check to club an SD card. So

when items were gone I was shocked. Also when it deletes from SD it doesn't place items in the recycle bin. I need a way to recover

Missing data. My phone zte n817 isn't rooted. Would not know where or how to begin. Is there an app that can automatically save things for me if I forget.
