Deleted default browser :( PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi I am really really new to this phone stuff and I wanted to remove all the stupid default apps from my phone (sony xperia x8) and also create more space for more apps so I followed many forums and rooted my phone... Unfortunatly while removing some default apps, I removed my browser!!! I have restored my factory settings but it hasn't returned!!
I read another tread about flashing it to stock but I have no idea what this means please help :'(
