After I delete my emails... they keep reloading. What can I do to stop this??

What phone do have (make and model as well as manufacturer)?
What E-Mail app are you using?
What all have you tried to do (ie: Delete the emails from the actual e-mail site or just from the phones app, etc.).
You can post another question with this info in it or go to the phone specific forum for your phone here at Android Forums and post in there (to post in the forum you must register as a member).
