Deleted google talk, help.. Anyone?!

So Im really tired of searching for the answer..
I was wondering if theres a possible way of reinstalling GTalk without using a computer.
Possibly an apk. file that will download from my phone?
Ive also tried both soft & hard reset so that isnt an option.

You can download it from the market if the market is available on your phone?

If not, what is your phone model?

I don't see it in the market and I already have it. This has come up before. It seems Google is doing something with it. Talk will probably transition into Huddle.
