Help deleted messages

Hi.
I just checked that my messages (all of them), are gone/deleted. i have no idea how did it happen, but it did. What could have been the reason?
Also, is it possible that some can hack a mytouch4g (t mobile), and could listen to calls, and read in and out text messages, and I that I do not even notice?... I am curious.

From your posts you seem a little paranoid of people getting into your info/phone data...and yes...it is possible...but not likely.

As far as your texts being gone...I've heard of people restarting their phone and that having deleted all of their texts. Could be your case.

I had all my mssgs yesterday, and tomorrow morning I checked and nothing was there. I restarted the phone after that not before. and its not I am paranoid, its just I am just suspecting. how do I know it is actually happening? how is it done?
