Help deleted pictures help

is there a setting to stop this from happening.
i have my photos taken to go to my to sd card.the problem is when i delete the picture or picture later on they show up again. unless i plug the phone in to my pc then go to the folder delete the picture and it doesn't come back.

I have the same prob.
It is very frustrsting.The pictures that I want to delete come back, but phone numbers I accidentally delete I cannot get back.

Check your acciunt setting and make sure you dont have google+ automatically backing them up. Some apps may back them up then you will het them back when syncing is occurring
