Help Deleted Sprint Football, need it back

So I deleted the Sprint football app without backing it up. I want to get all of this bloatware crap reinstalled and either rename it or just freeze it with titanium backup so when Froyo does release for Epic (lololol) I can download it without any problems. Anyone know how I can go about getting this back?

Question, I have rom manager. Am I able to make a backup of what I currently have, restore it to factory to get that apk back then revert to what I had before with rom manager?

Well, are you on a ROM yet or just stock and rooted?
