Root deleted system files -

Hello all,

I have a Samsung gem and I rooted It with superoneclick. Then went ahead (like a dumbass) and deleted some system apps, now my phone turns on boots up to the home screen and then I get a message that says com.samsung.something.something.is not responding - then gives me one option and that's "force close" this happens with everything I do, task manager, call, messages, everything, then It automatically restarts then It repeats itself over and over and over again.

I just want to go back to stock. Now how will I be able to do this? I can get to the download mode and I can get into the recovery menu where I can:

Restart phone
Apply update.zip from SDCARD
Wipe phone/factory reset
Wipe casch

So I can apply the "update.zip" Is this the firmware?

Please help me.

which carrier are you on? im looking for firmwares that would work for you..

edit: have you tried a factory reset?

Sorry for not informing you about the carrier, It's Verizon. Lol that was the first thing I tried at the time of the phone acting very abnormal so I went into the recovery menu and tried the factory reset option but nothing happened differently. But this is a firmware issue so when I uninstalled those system apps that means they are gone for good unless I install a whole new firmware.

But that's the thing lol I don't know how to install a new firmware. With the Samsung galaxy stellar, all I would do Is download Odin for windows, then boot into Odin on Android and install, but The Gem don't have Odin, It has a "Download" mode like Odin but I don't know where to get the windows app for the Gem.
