Help Deleted the "1" from my dialer

Here's an odd one. After rooting and deodex I was playing around with my launcher pro set up. I use Dialer One as my phone dialer. Some how I have removed the number "1" from my stock dialer! When I go to voice mail I am always redirected to use the stock dialer to enter my password. On the dialer the numbers start at "2". However when I press the buttons that should be the correct place it works. Example: If I press the number two on the dialer the number 1 is entered. WTF!!. How can I get my stock dialer back to stock. I am rooted using Visionary and Black Glass.
