Welcome to Android Forum. I'm not sure if It's possible once deleted, but you can check over the Droid X sub-forum for some advice on this. Tap on the phone sub-forums link in my signature. Then just scroll down to your specific phone list.

Probably not. Some people have suggested trying a recovery program from a PC on SD cards for accidentally deleted files, but I've never heard of them actually working. There is not trash can or recycle bin in the Android OS.
