deleted widgets

i am quite new at this and am now getting the hang of it, yay for me, but i found this cool looking flash that makes your clock clear or transparent but is has deleted all my htc settings widgets i have done a nandoid backup but i do not know how to preform back up need hlp

Boot your phone into recovery mode (power on and hold volume down, then press home) and theres a nandroid option, select that, and select restore nandroid backup, and from there it will ask which one, if you have more than one, just choose the one you want, confirm the selection, and it'll restore that for you.

thank u very much for i was wrong in saying i backed up nandroid i did not see this option in boot screen but i did make a copy of nandroid folder onto my computer is there any thing i can do with that

If you made a nandroid backup and moved it to your computer, just mount your SD card and move the nandroid folder back to your SD card and then follow the steps from my other post.
