thanks, can the program work properly with the gps and wifi being off? i used smarttools while i was in an appellant and it worked peppery although both gps and wifi were off.

If you didn't open the app there is no way the compass could possibly use your battery. There is no service running in the background. The compass uses your battery only when it's open, because the sensor will be unregistered when the app is hidden. So there shouldn't be any battery usage when the compass is hidden.

Nice. but one problem @elegantgabe, when I click go pro it says not available in my country. I think a lot of people in the US may like the pro version. o_O
