samsung express how to delete apps that wont go away

When you say they won't go away, do you mean they can't be deleted from the app drawer? Since you didn't say WHAT app it is, let's try this:
Go to Settings --> Applications
and swipe all the way over to ALL and locate the app you want to uninstall. If it can't be uninstalled, then it is BLOATWARE that came with the device. Bloatware comes pre-installed as system apps and can't be removed without rooting the phone. I hope this helps.
