deleting email

[Android Question]

I had a Droid 2 and ran outlook 2003 on my laptop. If I would delete an email from my droid it would delete it from my laptop. If I deleted an email from my laptop it would delete from my droid. I now have a Samsung galaxy s3 and still running outlook 2003. I have to delete emails from the galaxy and then go to the laptop and delete the same email from there also. How do I make it so I just have to delete it once?

You need to go into the email app on your phone and go into your account settings. There should be one under account options that says something like "sync email from this account". That should be checked off. That keeps all of your email activity synced on the server so that any connected devices see the same status (read, new, deleted, etc.)
