Help Deleting multiple contacts

I have a lot of contacts loaded from my SIM. TouchWiz doesn't provide any way of selecting multiple contacts for delete operation, I have to do it one by one, this sucks!

Any apps in Android market that can help out with this?

I know exactly what you mean Caesey, it does suck big time. It took me several nights to delete all my 600 SIM contacts. Like I had nothing else to do!!!

Just search for "contact delete" on the android market. There are loads. I think I used one called contact remover.

I know on 2.2, you can just go into the Contacts listing, clicking Menu and then clicking Delete. Select All and hit Delete.

That's nice of them to put it in. Finally, a function that has existed on feature phones for years.

you can just choose to display sim or phone contacts also....

My contacts menu doesn't have delete as an option (HTC Magic on Vodafone - updated to 2.2)

How do I display just sim contacts, all I get is phone and facebook contacts in contact list?? con

go to contacts/menu/more/display options/sim then check box for all contacts, press done.

hi guys..i'm running oxygen 1.0.4 on my Desire..any ideas as to how i can delete multiple contacts..i've got a whole bunch of Google n Facebook contacts i dont really need on my list!
