I have set my configuration settings (In Handcent, Settings>Application Settings>Storage Settings) to deleting messages in any thread after they reach 190 messages. So as I understand it, when messages in any thread e.g. UserA, UserB etc., reach 190+ they should begin to act on this thread and any thread as a circular queue deleting oldest message maintaining the limit set in the configuration.
So far this has not worked, the message threads extend with no limit in sight and would like to know is this a feature that A: I'm not using correctly or B: not working as designed.
