Root Deleting SIM contacts?

Is there a way to delete all my SIM contacts at one go or synch these contacts with updated phone contacts?
I could only find a way to delete 1 contact at a time, that's cumbersome and time consuming.

Do it through Kies.
Mount your phone, load your contacts, chose "Chose another Phone" (or something) dropdown, and choose "Your phone"(SIM).

You can batch select and clear them out through there....dont forget to back them up first!
