Deletion of default ringtones

Hi friends,

Am an android first timer and using Galaxy Ace S5830.

Can anyone pls enlighten me whether it is possible to delete off all unused default ringtones / wallapers from device memory?

My purpose is mainly to clear whatever possible unused stuff from device and increase device memory - keep it neat and prompt

Recently upgraded to GB 2.3.4 via service centre and am not a very tech savvy dude. I am all new to stuff like ROM, Stock, Baseband ... totally lost

Go to /media/audio folder and delete unwanted ringtones

You need to root your phone then with a file explorer it's in system/media/audio

Rooting is risky. It'll loose the warranty (I asked about it the service center)

Less internal memory is a big problem of this phone. Deleting the ringtones and default stuff won't give much space. Uninstall unwanted applications from your phone to get space.

Go to task manager > Package. Find out the apps which use more memory.

Most of the apps and games will be installed in the SD card and those apps will take only 1 - 2 mb space from phone memory. Facebook, Google plus and Dolphin browser are the important have apps that takes high internal memory. U can save space by keeping only the MOST IMPORTANT apps.
