I just got my Samsung Note 3 2 days ago. I have the default text message app and delivery notifications is set to on. It is very important in my business that this feature works. Normally when I send a text (older phones were the Nexus 4 and the HTC3) a check mark appears to show sent, then a little grey bubble appears says it was received by.... then a second check mark. I can tap and hold the message and review a report with date and time and screen shot it for client file.
This phone does none of that. The message I get is attached.
I tried various other apps: SMS from Android 4.1 (this is the one my other phones had), Textra SMS, Google Messenger, Go SMS and Delivery reports.
None of these work either
I have talked to 4 people with my Carrier and tech support with Samsung.
any ideas?
