Hello! Recently I turned on my delivery reports, I don't get them for all messages, just for some messages. Today I sent a text at 2:05, but didn't receive the report until 4:30. The delivery report in the message details says it was recieved at 2:05. I have been having problems with sending and receiving text messages because my carrier is states away and so I'm always roaming which is why I have the reports on. I'm unsure if the text message has actually been recieved and if it was recieved at the time I actually got the report at 4:30, or at 2:05 when I sent it as the delivery report under my message details says. It causes issues and assumed lack of communication towards me, so I want the reports to be accurate and I'm unsure if they are! I've heard third party apps are better for delivery reports, reccomendations are welcome!
