dell streak 7 phone app?

Is there a proggie for android tabs that you can use it as a phone. not like google voice or voip type of prog. I have a tmo sim ulimited plan i can recieve txts etc but is there an app that will let u use it as a phone with the phone number u already have?? or i def have just use a voip progg instead. thanx in advance and hopefully i didnt put this in the wrong section. all replies are greatly appreciated.

Google voice would probably be it, as I'm pretty sure that doesnt have a cell radio built in.

I have used Gvoice to make calls on a D1, D2, D3, and just finished a call a few mins ago on GVoice with my Razr Maxx

Where are you getting your info from, and how does it not work.
That's some pretty serious misinformation to put out there to people who need help...
