Hello all,

I am joining this site in hopes to figure out why I am having issues with my Droid Incredible HTC first generation. I purchased it from a good friend earlier in the year with no issues with it. About five months ago I had gotten the screen msg that it needed to do an OTA software update. Ever since moving forward with the update my device has been freaking out. It will power itself off with out notice and reboot repeatedly. Has any one else had this issue and is there any way to fix it?

Sometimes after an OTA, something can get mixed up under the hood, and a factory reset can be necessary to clean things up. If you are willing, back up all your files to your PC and do a factory reset, that may fix your issues. Thanks for signing up, welcome to AF!
