Denver tac-10031 android crashes. Help :(

Hi guys,

I have just bought a denver tablet, model tac-10031. I thought it will be fine for reading news or viewing youtube, but unfortunately I see that the OS it has (Android 4.1.1 Jelly Beans) crashes frequently - browser closes very often without asking me. Also I get errors like "Launcher has failed to start" and then no desktop screen is shown. There are also errors like "Android.processes.acore has failed" - for fixing this one I tried to clear the data for contacts storage, so now I don't get this error, but still - the tablet restarts very often, also freezes and closes my opened programs. I can't even view youtube videos, because they fail "Unfortunalety, youtube has stopped working".
I don't know what to do, maybe to reinstall this android or to downgrade? But I don't find any links on how to do this for this tablet.
Anyone had such problem? Any ideas on how to fix this?

P.S.: Happy new year! :)

Updating the OS seemed to be the answer. Mine is a new tablet (but an old model which I thought was already updated). Thank you.
