Quick couple 'o noob questions...what's the difference between odexed & deodexed, and the ad/DISadvantages between them?

Odexed splits the app into two categories, so you have the apk which dictates how it runs and the odex tells it when it runs, when you deodex you simply combine the two so it might take a little longer for the app to open but when you deodex it simplifies the rom so you can modify it easier

Well the thing is that the stock rom seems really quick on mine, but no theming options at all as far as status bar and gtk within this version of JB. I tried to install the T Mobile theme manager but it would not install. From what I understand it is because the stock rom is not deodexed. Does that sound correct?
