Describe Private Mode?

Can someone who uses private mode describe it's in's and out's to me? For instance are the only things you select to be private in your gallery going to show up in private mode OR is that private stuff gonna show plus your regular stuff? Can you have a separate background in private mode? Etc Etc

I'm sure some here do,but,there are those such as myself who don't feel the need.
If I let others use my phone on a regular basis,I'd probably have "Guest Mode" set-up,to accomplish basically the same thing......
Maybe that's what most others are donig as well?

Private mode just hides any content you don't want to be seen on your phone...

Photos, files, movies, videos etc... Nobody will see them until private mode is turned on, and the password or fingerprint has been applied. Then and only then can they be seen.

So if you put a photo in private mode, it won't show in your gallery. When you turn private mode on, you then will have a visible folder in your gallery titled Private. When you turn it off, it goes away
