Hello Folks/
I Have Htc DHD (Gingerbread, Sense 3.0,hboot 2.0,Bootloader Unlocked,S-ON) And I Am Having Trouble With My Quest To Root My Phone !! i Tried Many Things !! Firstly I Tried Ace Kit Hack Tool Which Was Really a Bad Experiance !!!ItAsked Me To Downgrade My Phone To Froyo ..As My Phone Is Shipped With Gingerbread ..It Would Be a Bad Call Downgrading My Phone And MAking it Useless !! So I Found A Tool Which is Specially Designed For Every Htc Mobile It is Known As HtC Quick Root Tool ..Okey AFter All This I Got An Error With Exploit Method.. I Am Really BOred And Exhuasted With the Limits Of GingerBread !! And I Want To Upgrade No Matter What.. I Cant Buy A new phone Till A Year !!! Please Help Me !!!! I Posted a Picture Of a error.. Any Other Method Would Be Appreciated ..

newer builds have unfortunately patched all those exploits. depending on your need for root,you can unlock the bootlaoder via htcdev:

and if you want easier rom flashing,along with access to other parts of the phones filesystem,you can manually apply the exploits used by the aahk with the help of this thread:

it might look pretty overwhelming if youve never worked with the command window,but just take your time,download the files and organize them ,and try and ask any questions before you get stuck. then just take it one step at a time.
