Help Desire HD Keeps restarting since update

I've just updated my HTC Desire HD to the new firmware HTC Sense 3.0 and 3.14 and it keeps restarting.
Doing anything on the phone is REALLY slow.
Everything I've done since the last update has gone, a lot of my apps have disappeared and my phone won't stay on.
Help!

It happened to me. A factory reset will fix it.

Thanks a lot for the advice. It seems to have sorted itself out now but will do a factory reset anyway.
