Desire S Update

Hello, I am a new member here so my apologies if i have posted this in the wrong area or something, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this OTA update of the HTC Desire S, I have read some posts that suggest that some users have received an update of the Android OS and HTC Sense making it Android 2.3.5 and Sense 3.0. I have a standard Desire S which is sim free on O2, does anyone know if i will get the update soon/at all.
