Help Desire S won't Start back up!

Hi Guys,

Was in the process of downloading Angry Birds seasons and my phone froze.
I popped out the battery and i turned it on again. I entered in my pin and after a few seconds in froze again and I took the battery out once more.

I turn the phone on again and it is stuck on the White page with the htc logo (Ive left it for minutes to hour) Ive also tryed with the sim and sd card.

I called htc support and they told me about holding down the -volume key and tapping the power button and was told to perform a "Factory Reset" once selected it freezes again...

Can anyone help please?

You could have damaged your phone by removing the battery and inserting/starting it again too quickly.

Unless you want to delve in to the world of adb* that may only tell you your phone cannot be resurrected, you probably should think about getting it repaired.

*This entails installing software to your PC and running a command from it to your phone - it's not intended or can really be recommended for non-tech-minded people.
