Help Desktop dock weather not updating...

Does anyone have the desktop dock and having problems with their weather being up to date on the dock panel screen that comes up? Mine stays on the same weather no matter what. It shows San Diego (which is correct), but it always shows the same weather. It never changes or updates. I have it to update every 3 hours but it's definitely not updating at all.

Anyone else having this problem? Thanks!

Just got the phone and dock today, mine shows the right location and it finally update the temp. but its still showing the sun at 1 am.
