Hi yesterday it all started when whatsapp and bbm and play store stopped working. I rang my broadband company to see whats wrong they said theres nothing wrong. I did a back up to my email account then i did a factory reset but i synched and didnt get any of my pics back? Somebody help me please. Ps play store still isnt working and neither is google. I can use some parts of google but when i try to sign in it doesnt let me?! I can use whatsapp again just fine but i downloaded it somewhere else because play store doesnt work. I did absolutely everything and nothing works! And i lost all my files, i think they are backed up on my gmail account but idk how to get em back. Help me

Firstly, which version of android do you have? 4.1.2?

When you say "backup to my email account", what do you mean? Using what app?
It sounds like after your factory reset, you have not added your google account to your phone (the same one you had before). Unless you do that playstore, gmail etc will not work.

You could log onto your google account with a PC to see what is or is not safe in your gmail account.

hi, i used gmail to back up my data, and i started up my phone again with that exact email that i used to back up the data, but not the account i originally had with it but it still worked
 
i just did a factory reset, this is the 5th time. play store and google are the main culprits. have no idea whats going on but its def not my internet provider
