I recently learned of an app named Wickr which essentially will delete an SMS message after reveiw of its recipient at the descretion of the sender. I also learned that Wickr is only for apple products such as the ipad and or iphone. Does anyone know of a similar app availible to android users?

I am assuming you are saying it automatically deletes messages from certain recipients? Well personally you could just use a SMS Blocker that would block certain numbers from ever even receiving the message in the first place.
Otherwise you could also set a max limit on texts, i know just about every app and even the default messaging app uses it, where you just set how many texts from a certain individual you want it to keep.
Hope this helps

I think the OP means he could send a text to someone, they read it, a certain time later it deletes itself from the recipient's phone. MS Outlook used to have a feature like this for emails sent from PC. In other words, you could set the email to delete itself from the recipient's inbox after a specific amount of time. I don't know of any text apps that work like this however.
