I need to find the developer options on my huawei acend 2. How do I do that?

Its generally in Settings -near the bottom, if not there then go to Settings -About device -tap on Build number at least 5 times, it should enable Developer Options and it will then appear in the main Settings menu. 
If your phone is running an Android version older than 4.0 then unfortunately you can't enable Developer Options.
