Developer needed for simple inventor app

Hi,
I have a website of local businesses and would like an inventor app I could customize as times goes on. The basics of the app are as follows:

1. Ask "What are you looking for?" then display a list of fixed categories: Restaurant, Bar, Hotel, Transport, Shopping and Services
2. Upon selection the current geographical location and the category name is sent to my web service
3. My web service will return a list of geo locations (each with business name and URL)
4. The Google map opens with businesses as pushpins
5. Pushpins are linked to an info window with the business name and a "further info" link back to my site

My web service will be designed to the needs of the developer, it can be plain text, xml or anything you need. This will only take me a few minutes to make.
