Apps Developing cross-platform (mac issue)

I'm looking for advice from any of you who have been building cross-platform apps with Cordova. Know of any limitations to this strategy?

It appears I'm going to need to hire some tutoring. I've got an app to be built... an ordering app for a caterer. Pretty much what you'd think. Image-based menus, build an order, check out with CC. Needs to keep data on accounts. Has to be hybrid. Was wondering if I can do the ios stuff on a PC or will I have to buy a macbook. Looking at Cordova/HTML5/CSS/Javascript. Going to need a "guru" I think. Takers contact me.
