Help Device administrator

I have recently downloaded an app called appzlock and i completely regret it. It keeps popping ads up every 5 minutes by its self. Ive tried everything to delete it, when i go to uninstall it in an app like root browser, it says it cant be deleted cause its a device administrator but when i go to device administrator in setings, it aint there. Please help! The ads are killing me! Thanks

Hello!
Have you tried to go into menu/settings/manage applications/downloaded...find the app, clear the cache and data, then choose the uninstall option.
You need not use an app to uninstall another user app.

Lol yeah, when i go there it wont let me click on any of the buttons
