Help device doesnt work

I have samsung s2 plus and I have some trouble by issues viruses a long time and now in my device memory everything is stopped and dont work a cant download nothing nor in play store nor in google...said unknown error code aplication instalation -110 ...and a dont have any idea how to fix it...what to do I dont know help me

Try booting into recovery and doing a factory reset. You'll lose any data that aren't backed up, but it sounds like the phone is pretty much gone already.

I believe the way you get into recovery on a Samsung is to press and hold home and volume up together while rebooting the phone.
