What's cooking with this detecting software that's spread like wildfire,?? Really I bought new phone to avoid it but it's still available on my phone? Is it on my sim or? Is it following me my name???

Not clear on what "detecting software" you mean? Is it some ad popup that you are getting? What exactly is going wonky with your device?
Also what may help is your device make/model/Android version/carrier etc.
