Help Device keeps rebooting

I updated to Jelly Bean via Kies a week a go and my phone will often reboot when I'm copying & pasting from my browser to a memo. I've tried various different browsers and different memo apps and still it'll restart. I've factory reset, taken out the battery & SIM but still it reboots.

I have had it repaired recently, I shattered the screen could this be why?

This could be a bug. Try clearing out the cache for the Browser and S Memo in Applications Manager. This shouldn't be any problems with the screen whatsoever
