device manager help

can anyone explain how I change my device from a Nexus 4 to a Nexus 5 in the manager please?

What is the "Device Manager"? On the Play Store? You don't, unless you replace your device.

yeah I have replaced my device. I seem to have it sorted by following the guide re deleting data in play settings.
only thing now is it thinks the phone is 2500mts from where it is lol

Honestly when you log in with your new device to the play store under your Google account it should automatically add the device in your devices tab.

Yeah it didn't straight away but has now. Just not locating very accurately.
