device memory is not being dtected

i waited for my samsung galaxy chat GT-B5330 till 0% battery to off.
Now I am not able to detect the device memory. not able to see stored pics and download new videos

The area is not yet heavily populated by members however.

As for your problem. I'm thinking you are having difficulty accessing your SD card. You might try powering off your device, remove the battery, remove and reinstall the SD card, replace the battery and power back up. I hope this helps.
