OP, your app list and contacts get backed up with google, so if you wipe your phone you get them back once you sign in to google.
Not sure what app data is backed up though :/

Why have 2 apps2sd running on your sf when 1 will do?

Battery drain, memory storage, using bw are just some issues I can think of.
